COMPLETE FULL BODY AT HOME WORKOUT GUIDE
Working out at home can provide a challenge but without a clear plan to follow you're going to be spinning your wheels and not making any progress.
The most difficult part about working out at home is figuring out just what to do and so we've created this short guide on how to get a great full body workout in at home and get good results while you're at it.
Our program uses what is known as a "logical body part" sequence.
To keep it simple we work the largest muscle groups first and then move on to smaller muscle groups later in the workout.
The logic is that you do the exercises that require the most mental alertness and most strength and power when you are at your freshest at the start of your workout.
The Logical Body Part Sequence:
2 Day A/B Workout 3-4 Times Per Week:
Legs: Barbell Squat 3 Sets x 5 Reps
Back: Weighted Pull Ups or Lat Pull Down 3 Sets 8 Reps
Chest: Dumbbell Bench Press 3 x 8
Shoulders: Barbell Shoulder Press 3 x 8
Arms: Dumbbell Bicep Curls 3 x 8
Legs: Dead lift 3 Sets x 5 Reps
Back: Barbell row 3 Sets 8 Reps
Chest: Flat Bench Press 3 x 8
Shoulders: Dumbbell Shoulder Press 3 x 8
Arms: Tricep Press Downs 3 x 8

If your goal is to lose as much body fat as possible adding in some cardio at home can be a great way to burn through additional calories.
We recommend low intensity steady state cardio for working out at home as space is usually an issue for people and high intensity cardio typically needs more space in order to be performed prooperly.
